E-gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, including instances where an incorrect email address has been supplied by the purchaser.

E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. If you make a purchase using an e-gift card for an amount that exceeds the e-gift card balance, you must pay the excess amount using another payment method. You can combine the balances of multiple e-gift cards to complete a purchase. 

E-gift cards are valid for 36 months.
