SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavour to get our water bottles into your hands as quickly as possible! Please allow up to 10 business days for personalised water bottles to be crafted before they are sent to you. Orders with no custom engravings will be shipped within five business days. Please email us if you need an order to arrive for a special occasion and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please visit the Australia Post website for the latest delivery time estimates.

Shipping is free for orders $99+ Australia-wide. Orders under $99 have a flat-rate fee of $10 for shipping within Australia. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident about your purchase! But if there are any problems:

  • we will fix or replace any minor issues

  • any faulty products that affect the safety or usability of our products can be fully refunded or replaced

  • refunds will not be given for a change of mind.

 

Please note personalised water bottles are made to order especially for you. Please double check your order as edits or changes will not be possible if your order has already been customised. Refunds, replacements and exchanges will not be given due to customer error when placing a personalised order.

We do our best to make sure our water bottles are packed carefully. If an item arrives damaged or appears faulty, please email us within 48 hours and send photos of the water bottle in its original packaging so we can see how best to help. If it was damaged in transit, you will need to put a claim in to Australia Post.
